 | What if I have to cancel my session? |
 | We require a one-week notice for any cancellations to get your deposit back. The deposit holds your session date and time, and if you cancel at the last minute this does not allow the photographer enough time to refill your spot.
We realize that, on occasion, things come up beyond your control. On a case-by-case basis, the deposit can be moved to another date, but will not be refunded. |
 |
 | How long will it take to get my proofs back? |
 | Proofs will take about one week. The actual order can take up to two weeks because of digital image correction and additional clients. We make sure each photo looks its best before sending it to the photo lab. |
 |
 | Why do I have to pay a session fee? |
 | Session fees pay for the photographer's time and equipment. This helps ensure that the photographer has the most up to date equipment for your special portraits. |
 |
 | How many changes of clothes can we bring? |
 | You can bring as many changes as you like. Most families bring two changes, one for indoors and one for outdoors.
Seniors can feel free to bring multiple outfits, along with any personal props they desire. |
 |
 | Can we bring our family pets? |
 | Pets are always welcome, as they are a part of the family. If your pet is too large, or unfit for the studio, on-location portraits may be required. There is no extra charge for on-location within 30 miles of the studio. |
 |
 | Do you shoot outdoor portraits? |
 | YES!! There is nothing better than outdoor portraits, especially at your home, weather permitting.
People spend a lot of time and money on their homes and they should include that hard work in their family portrait. Additionally, local parks and scenery make great on-location sites. |
